- · Heat 1 cup of water in a vessel with 1 cup of powdered sugar to make syrup – cool and store it in the fridge
- · Squeeze a lemon to extract the juice
- · In a serving glass, fill ice cubes
- · Add 2 tbsp Khus Syrup, 1 tspn Lemon juice, Needed quantity sugar syrup, water until the glass is filled 3/4th – mix the ingredients
- · Fill the remaining ¼ with sizzling Soda and Mint leaves

Khus Sharbat
Watermelon Mojito
- · Heat 1 cup of water in a vessel with 1 cup of powdered sugar to make syrup – cool and store it in the fridge. You can skip this step if you want to use honey instead of sugar.
- · Extract juice from 2 Lemons into a jar, add crushed mint leaves, little Lemon Rind – let it stand for 10 to 15 mins and then filter it.
- · Peel the watermelon, cut into cubes and make juice out of it.
- · Fill the Mojito serving glass with Ice cubes, add lemon-mint extract, 1 tsp honey/sugar syrup, watermelon juice till 3/4th of the glass and fill the remaining with Soda.
- · Refreshing Cooler for the hot Summer is ready.

Shikanji Sharbhat
Lemon – 1, yellow
and big
Roasted
Cumin / Jeera powder – 2 tbps
Salt
Sugar – a pinch
Ginger – ½ inch
piece
Mint leaves
– a handful
Water
Ice cubes
Steps:
- · Squeeze the lemon juice into a small jug of water. Quantity can be adjusted as per your choice of concentration of the lemon juice.
- · Manually grind and make paste of ginger and mint leaves, add it to the jug along with Salt, Sugar, cumin powder. Mix well and refrigerate it.
- · Strain it before serving. Serve chilled with ice cubes
- · Use Cold water or else refrigerate it before serving
- · It’s a very refreshing cooler punch to beat the heat, very good for stomach as it contains mint, cumin and ginger
