Khus Sharbat


  • ·         Heat 1 cup of water in a vessel with 1 cup of powdered sugar to make syrup – cool and store it in the fridge
  • ·         Squeeze a lemon to extract the juice
  • ·         In a serving glass, fill ice cubes
  • ·         Add 2 tbsp Khus Syrup, 1 tspn Lemon juice, Needed quantity sugar syrup, water until the glass is filled 3/4th – mix the ingredients
  • ·         Fill the remaining ¼ with sizzling Soda and Mint leaves



Watermelon Mojito



  • ·         Heat 1 cup of water in a vessel with 1 cup of powdered sugar to make syrup – cool and store it in the fridge. You can skip this step if you want to use honey instead of sugar.
  • ·         Extract juice from 2 Lemons into a jar, add crushed mint leaves, little Lemon Rind – let it stand for 10 to 15 mins and then filter it.
  • ·         Peel the watermelon, cut into cubes and make juice out of it.
  • ·         Fill the Mojito serving glass with Ice cubes, add lemon-mint extract, 1 tsp honey/sugar syrup, watermelon juice till 3/4th of the glass and fill the remaining with Soda.
  • ·         Refreshing Cooler for the hot Summer is ready.

Aam ras with Ice cream

Ingredients:

Aapoos Mango pulp – 4 (squeezed well out of the mangoes)
Milk - half glass
Sugar – optional
Ice cream – Kaju-Badam flavour



         *** Mix well the ingredients and Serve chilled

** Ripe mango pulp
**Sugar
**Elaichi powder - a pinch

****Blend the ingredients in a blender.
If you wish you can add little milk to it while blending****

** I topped it with tutti-fruti and decorated with grapes in a tooth pick **

Chickoo Milkshake








Chickoo Milkshake


Take a juicer jar, slice in 3 chickoos (I dint remove the skin, only de-seeded it), 2 cups cold milk, 2-3 tbsp Sugar, Ice cubes – blend it well. Served it with sliced Pista on top.


Delightful!

Mango Milkshake



Take a juicer jar, slice in a ripe mango,  add 2 cups cold milk, 2-3 tbsp Sugar, Ice cubes and – zzzzrrrrrrrrrr (blend it). Decorate it the way you want to.


Cool and yummy to delight your tummy in summer.
