Chicken in Green Chili Sauce


Ingredients:





Boneless Chicken – small sized pieces
Green Chili Sauce
Salt
Vinegar
Mixed Herbs


Instructions:

  • ·         Wash and clean the chicken pieces
  • ·         Mix green chili sauce, salt, mixed herbs and vinegar (adjust the quantity as per your taste requirement) in a bowl to form the marinade
  • ·         Marinate the chicken pieces in the marinade for at least 2 hours (better keep it in a fridge)
  • ·         Later heat little oil in a non-stick pan and cook the chicken till it cooks in its own juices
  • ·         Tip : retain a part of marinade to add on top of the chicken after cooking since it will become dry while cooking
  • ·         As an alternative you may wrap the chicken in a aluminium foil and cook in a pre-heated OTG at 180 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes
