Ingredients:
Rice Flour / Chawal ka atta – ¼ cup
Thick curd / Yogurt – ¼ cup
Finely chopped Onion – 1
Finely chopped green chilies
Chopped Coriander leaves
Salt
Water to form the batter
Oil while cooking
Instructions:
- · Mix all the ingredients till the salt and mix it with water to form batter
- · Batter should be thick and not lumpy or too watery.
- · Heat a non-stick tawa, grease it with oil and pour a ladle full of batter
- · Since it’s a thick batter you won’t be able to spread it much on the tawa. It will only form small circles/dosas
- · Cover the tawa with a lid so that the upper surface is cooked in the steam. Since the ragi doesn’t cook fast it’s better to cover and cook
- · Flip the dosa to cook the upper surface
- · Once both the sides are cooked/roasted well, serve with chutney
