Sweet Corn Fried Rice


Ingredients:


Sweet Corn Kernels – 1 cup
Leftover rice / cooked rice – 2 cups
Veggies like Carrot, Capsicum, Cabbage, Beans, etc – chopped and sliced
Finely chopped Green Chilies
Finely cut Garlic cloves -  3 to 5
Soya Sauce
Pepper powder / Chili powder
Salt
Oil

Instructions:

  • ·         Heat oil in a cooking pan, add finely chopped green chilies and garlic - saute
  • ·         Add the chopped and sliced veggies and saute in medium flame till they are crispy and cooked
  • ·         Add salt, soya sauce and pepper powder / chili powder
  • ·         Mix well and add the leftover rice to the veggies
  • ·         Mix and fry the rice in high flame till its all properly mixed and the rice is slightly fried
  • ·         Serve hot with Schezwan sauce
