Banana Protein Shake


Ingredients:

Banana – 1, ripe
Milk – 1 cup
Protein powder – 1 big scoop, vanilla or chocolate flavoured
Brown sugar / Jaggery
Roasted Flax seeds – 1 tbsp
Cinnamon powder – ½ tsp
Almond powder / soaked almonds
Ice cubes


Instructions


Add all the above ingredients into a juicer jar and make a smooth milkshake.
