Egg and Vegetable Sandwich with Mayonnaise


Ingredients:


Boiled eggs – 2, finely chopped
Salad Vegetables like Cucumber, Onion, Tomato, Green Chilies, etc., - finely chopped
Classic / Garlic Mayonnaise – 2 spoons
Italian Seasoning / Mixed herbs
Black Pepper Powder
Whole Wheat Bread Slices

Instructions:

  • ·         Mix all the above ingredients in a salad bowl, adjust taste and fill it on a slice of bread
  • ·         Sandwich it with another slice of bread and put it inside a pre-heated sandwich maker
  • ·         Otherwise, heat a tawa and toast the sandwich with butter on both the side
  • ·         Press and make sure the sandwich filling doesn’t come out  during this process
  • ·         Serve hot with grated cheese on top (optional)
