Cabbage Salad with curd / Koshambir


Ingredients:


Cabbage – thin sliced
Tomato – finely chopped
Green chilies – finely chopped
Coriander leaves – chopped
Coarse Groundnut powder
Curd
Salt

Instructions:

Mix all the mentioned ingredients and refrigerate it if required. Serve chilled / freshly prepared. Can be served as side dish for variety rice dishes or chapathi as a quickfix recipe.
