Red pumpkin / cole (Marathi) – cubed
Green chilies
Curry leaves
Groundnut powder (coarsely ground)
Jeera
Oil
Sugar (pinch)
Instructions:
- · Heat oil in a sauce pan
- · Add Jeera, green chilies and curry leaves – saute
- · Add pumpkin and coarse groundnut powder – saute and add water
- · While boiling add salt and a pinch of sugar and let it cook till the vegetable is done
