Ingredients:
Oats – 1
cup
Mixed
Sprouts
Mixed Herbs
(Oregano, Parsley, Chili flakes, garlic, etc) – easily available in super
markets
Baby Carrot
– 1, chopped into tiny pieces
Salt,
Turmeric powder, Pepper powder / chili powder
Instructions:
- · Heat 1 tsp Oil in a saucepan, add mustard seeds
- · When it splitters add chopped Carrot and Sprouts – sauté for few mins
- · Add 2 cups of water and let it boil till its cooked
- · Meantime, mix Salt, Turmeric powder, Pepper powder and Mixed Herbs with Oats
- · Add this mixture to the boiling water and stir cook for 3-5 mins or till it’s done
- · Keep it in Porridge consistency and don’t wait till all the water is evaporated
- · Serve steaming hot
- It’s a healthy, easy to make and yummy breakfast before rushing to the office.
