Ingredients:
Beetroot – 1, chopped
Carrot – 1, chopped
Tomato – 1, chopped
Onion – 1, chopped
Chopped coriander leaves
For tempering / tadka – Oil, hing/asafetida powder, mustard
seeds and haldi / turmeric powder
Few drops of fresh lemon juice
Instructions:
- · Mix the first 5 ingredients in a salad bowl
- · Heat tadka pan and add hing, mustard seeds and haldi
- · When the mustard crackles, add the tadka to the salad bowl, squeeze few drops of fresh lemon, mix well and serve
