Shengdhanachi (groundnut) Aamti


Ingredients:

Curd, beaten with a cup of water to form thick buttermilk
Groundnut powder
Finely Chopped Green chilies
Curry leaves
Pinch of sugar
Salt
Jeera / Cumin seeds
Oil

Instructions:

  • ·         Heat oil in a sauce pan, add jeera, green chilies and curry leaves
  • ·         When it splitters add groundnut powder, salt and a pinch of sugar to it – mix
  • ·         Add the buttermilk to it and turn off after few minutes
