Ingredients:
Curd, beaten with a
cup of water to form thick buttermilk
Groundnut powder
Finely Chopped Green
chilies
Curry leaves
Pinch of sugar
Salt
Jeera / Cumin seeds
Oil
Instructions:
- · Heat oil in a sauce pan, add jeera, green chilies and curry leaves
- · When it splitters add groundnut powder, salt and a pinch of sugar to it – mix
- · Add the buttermilk to it and turn off after few minutes
