Mushroom Pepperfry


Ingredients:


Mushrooms 5-6 nos, diced into small pieces
Onion – 2 big, finely chopped
Green Chilies – chopped
Ginger-garlic paste
Salt, Pepper powder and Mixed Herbs
Mustard seeds
oil

Instructions:
  • ·         Heat 1 or 2 tbsp oil in a saucepan and add mustard seeds
  • ·         When it splitters add the chopped onion and green chilies – sauté
  • ·         Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté till the raw smell vanishes
  • ·         Add chopped mushrooms along with Salt and Pepper powder – stir fry for 5 mins
  • ·         Add mixed herbs and let it cook for few mins
  • ·         Quick mushroom dish is ready to relish with Roti
  • ·         Also mix it with steamed rice / leftover rice to make mushroom fried rice in minutes
