Mushroom and Vegetable Stir fry


Ingredients:



Button Mushrooms – diced
Capsicum – Green, Yellow and Red – cubed
Onion – 1, finely chopped
Green Peas
Carrot – 1, finely sliced into circles
Beetroot – 1 inch piece, cut into small cubes
Ginger-garlic paste
Butter
Mixed dry Herbs
Salt, Pepper powder
Vinegar – 1 tbsp
Tomato sauce – 1 tbsp

Instructions:

  • ·         Heat butter in a Kadai
  • ·         Add Onion and ginger-garlic paste – sauté
  • ·         Add mushrooms and cook for a while, with Salt, mixed herbs and Pepper powder
  • ·         Add the tomato sauce as well - mix
  • ·         Add all the cut vegetables and stir fry in High flame
  • ·         While cooking also add Vinegar and Adjust salt and pepper
  • ·         Serve it as side dish for Chapati
  • ·         You may also stir fry steamed rice along with the veggies to make Fried Rice
