Eggs – 3
Bell
peppers – green, red and yellow (finely chopped pieces) – 1 tbsp each
Salt
Pepper
powder
Mixed Herbs
Instructions:
- · In a bowl, break all the eggs, salt and pepper powder – beat it into a fluffy mixture
- · Heat frying pan, add little oil and add half of the egg beat to make omlete
- · Spread the bell pepper all over it and season the mixed herbs
- · Turnover to cook it on both sides
- · Make one more omlete with the other half of the egg beat
- · If you don’t like raw bell pepper flavor, beat it along with the eggs right during the 1st step
