Chicken Hakka Noodles


Ingredients:


Boneless Chicken – 250 g, small pieces, boiled
Bell Peppers – red, yellow and green
Cabbage- thinly sliced, a handful (optional)
Carrot – sliced into round pieces
Onion – 1, thinly sliced
Ginger-garlic paste
Chili flakes / Mixed Herbs
Pepper powder
Tomato Sauce
Salt
oil
Hakka Noodles – boiled with salt and oil, drained

Instructions:

  • ·         Heat oil a nonstick frying pan and sauté onions
  • ·         Add ginger-garlic paste – sauté until raw smell vanishes
  • ·         Add tomato sauce – mix well
  • ·         Add bell peppers, carrot and cabbage - stir fry the veggies
  • ·         Add the boiled chicken, stir fry it with salt, chili flakes/mixed herbs and pepper powder
  • ·         When chicken is completely cooked and slightly brown, add the boiled hakka noodles – mix well, adjust taste
  • ·         In high flame, stir fry all the ingredients for few mins and serve steaming hot
