Grilled Chicken Skewers


Ingredients:

Boneless Chicken – 250 g
Onion – separate layers and make squares
Capsicum – square cut pieces

Marinade: -
Yogurt – 3 to 4 tbsp
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Chili powder
Salt
Chicken Masala / Tandoori Masala – 1 small packet
*** Mix all the ingredients and marinate the cleaned, boneless pieces overnight in the refrigerator.

Instructions:
  • ·         Pre-heat OTG at 250 degree Celsius, both Top and Bottom
  • ·         Take skewers, arrange it in a pattern like Onion, Capsicum, marinated Chicken
  • ·         Grill it for around 20 to 25 mins, by applying oil / butter every 5 mins and turnaround
  • ·         Serve it with Mayonnaise / tomato sauce
