French Toast


Ingredients:

Fresh Bread Slices
Eggs – 3
Milk – ¼ cup
Sugar
Oil /Ghee

Instructions:

  • ·         Beat 3 eggs and whisk it with the milk and sugar till it dissolves
  • ·         Heat a non-stick frying pan
  • ·         Grease it with oil/ghee
  • ·         Now take a bread slice, dip it in the egg on all sides
  • ·         Make sure you do this quick or else bread will become too soft and fall apart just like biscuit in tea
  • ·         Place the egg bathed slices on the tawa and toast until its slightly brown and both sides
  • ·         Also make sure the egg doesn’t smell raw
  • ·         Top it with Chocolate Syrup and enjoy
