Egg and Radish Sabji


Ingredients:


Radish / Mooli – 1, grated
Eggs – 2 or 3
Green chilies – 2, finely chopped (optional if you want to use pepper powder)
Oil
Mustard seeds
Salt and Pepper powder

Instructions:

  • ·         Heat oil in a frying pan, add mustard seeds and chopped green chilies
  • ·         Then add grated radish and sauté till its cooked and all the moisture evaporates
  • ·         Add salt and Pepper powder to the radish – mix
  • ·         Beat the eggs along with very little salt and pepper powder
  • ·         Add it to the cooked radish and stir it in high flame
  • ·         Stir continuously till the egg is mixed well with the radish and also fried well, without the raw smell
  • ·         Serve with Chapathi / Parantha
