Egg Dosa


Ingredients:

1 egg – beaten along with salt and pepper powder
Dosa batter
Oil / butter / ghee

Instructions:

  • ·         Heat a pan, add 2 ladle full dosa batter and spread it to form thin, round layer
  • ·         Pour the beaten egg mixture on the dosa and spread it all over the dosa
  • ·         When the egg is cooked and not liquidy anymore turn over the dosa and cook the egg side down for 2 to 3 mins
  • ·         Add ghee or butter or oil around the dosa
  • ·         Once cooked on both sides, serve hot with chutney and sambar
