Homemade Chicken Burger


Ingredients:


Burger Breads
Sliced Zucchini
Sliced Onion
Sliced Tomato
Tomato Sauce / Mayonnaise
Cheese Slice

For the Patties:

Minced Chicken - 250 g, grind it in a mixer
Potatoes - 5, boiled, coarsely mashed
Ginger-garlic paste
Turmeric powder, Chili powder, Coriander powder, Salt and Chicken Masala

*** Mix all the above ingredients and make patties of your desired size
*** Shallow fry the patties in a frying pan
*** Can store it in the freezer for later use

The Making:


  • Take the Burger bread, on the bottom bread spread Tomato sauce/Mayonnaise/pudina chutney
  • Place a slice of tomato, a burger patty, slice of onion, zucchini, another patty and on the top a slice of cheese, before placing the bread on the top
  • My burger patties were smaller than the burger bread and inorder to avoid slipping of the ingredients, put a toohpick through the centre of the burger
  • Microwave it in High for 1 minute (optional - only if you like the cheese to be melting a bit)
  • Dont overdo the microwave as the burger will become kinda damp
