Instructions:
- Boil 1 pack of Sweet Corn pellets for 6 to 10 mins, drain and keep aside
- Heat oil in a small pan, add mustard seeds, when it splitters add chopped capsicum - saute
- Later add chopped Tomatoes, Chilli powder / Pepper powder and Salt - saute till the tomatoes are mushy
- Add Boiled Sweet Corn pellets to it and mix well till its nicely blended into the masala ingredient
- Atlast add Dry Herbs Mixture to it and turn off the burner ( Dry Herbs mixture is easily available in supermarkets nowadays. Its a mixture of Basil, Oregano, Parsely, Garlic, Thyme and Chili flakes)
- If you dont have the herbs mix, add Chat Masala / Garam Masala whichever you like and eat while its hot
*** Add Cheese Gratings if you want Cheese Masala Corn
*** I had made it with Sprouts the other day... It tastes yummy and of course healthy as well... refer the pic.
