Ingredients:
Green Zucchini - half, chopped into small pieces
Cucumber - 1, chopped into small pieces
Pomegranate - seedless, 1/2 cup
Babycorn - 2 to 3, quatered and cut into bite size pieces
Carrot - 1, thin slices
Salad Dressing - Olive oil - 1 tbsp, Honey - 1 tbsp, Lime Juice - half lemon, Salt and Pepper powder
Instructions:
- In a salad bowl add the salad dressing ingredients first and mix it very well. If you want more of the liquid dressing, simply double the quantity
- Once the dressing is ready, add all the chopped veggies inside and mix well
- Refridgerate it until served. Season with Pepper powder.
