Tinde Masale


Ingredients:

Tinde – 3, chopped
Hing
Onion – 1, big, chopped
Tomato – 1, medium, chopped
Mustard and Cumin seeds
Haldi, Chili powder, Coriander powder, Garam Masala and Salt
Coriander leaves to garnish

Instruction:

·         Heat oil in a kadai, add mustard and cumin seeds
·         When it splitters add onion and hing
·         When onion is translucent, add the chopped tinde
·         Sauté for few mins and add chopped Tomato – let it cook
·         Add Haldi, Chili powder, Coriander powder, Garam Masala and Salt – mix and let it cook covered

·         Once its cooked, garnish it with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot
