***
Chicken stock is nothing but water in which chicken is steamed. Earlier when I prepared
a chicken dish I steamed chicken in a cooker and retained the water for preparing
the soup.
***
Mixed Herbs – I bought it from the store. It has mixture of Basil, Thyme,
Parsley, Chili flakes, Pepper etc., which adds flavor to simple soups, pastas,
stir fries, salads, etc.,
Note:
Ø I dint had any veg in the
house otherwise would have added veg like Carrot, Beans, Spring onion and even
Pasta or Macaroni.
Ø If you want to make soup
thicker, add corn flour water to the soup while boiling and stir for a while.
Just a tbps of cornflour with ½ cup water, stir it with no lumps and add.
