Chicken Momos


Ingredients:

Chicken keema / Small boneless chicken pieces
Chopped onion  - 1
Chopped Garlic  – 5 or 6 cloves
Pepper powder
Soya sauce
Salt to taste
*** Steamer

For the Knead:
1 cup Maida (all purpose flour)
½ tsp Oil
Salt
Water
*** Knead and roll into small round pieces to stuff in the Chicken later

Prepare the Stuffing:
·         Heat oil in a Pan, add chopped onions, chopped garlic – sauté
·         Add Chicken pieces too, stir fry with salt, pepper powder and soya sauce
·         Once they are cooked enough turn off the burner and let it cool down
·         Now put the stuffing at the centre of rolled in atta
·         After applying little water to the edges wrap and seal it in the shape you want to
·         Brush oil in the steamer and place the stuffed momos inside – steam in low flame for about 5 to 8 mins
·         Serve hot with tomato sauce / Tomato Garlic Chutney

Tomato Garlic Chutney:

More like the Salsa – Grind 2 tomatoes, 7-8 garlic cloves and 3 green chilies in a mixer jar. The Dipping is ready.
