Dry fruits – I added only dry grapes

Instructions:
- ü Heat dalda / ghee in a pan
- ü When its melted completely add rava and fry it by continuously stirring in low flame till its nicely fried and brownish in colour
- ü I added the sugar while frying the rava itself so that it gets melted and mixed well with it
- ü When rava is roasted, add chopped dry fruits and mashed banana – mix well and now add hot water in it while stirring continuously till its cooked well and all water evaporates
There's no quantity mentioned regarding ghee used?? & when exactly is sugar added??
ReplyDeleteThere is no exact quantity of ghee mentioned as its based on your preference... I prefer very less, just for the aromo... so used only 1 tbsp.... you can use as per choice...
