Instructions:
- Ø Heat oil in a Kadai, add mustard and cumin seeds
- Ø When it splitters add ginger-garlic-chili paste
- Ø when the raw smell vanishes add chopped onion – sauté
- Ø Add Chili powder, Coriander powder, Turmeric powder, Kaala Goda masala / Garam masala and salt
- Ø When the masalas are mixed well, add chopped potatoes and capsicum – stir well and cook it covered with a lid which can hold half cup of water
- Ø Let it cook in medium flame
- Ø After few minutes add the chopped tomato – stir and again let it cook covered with lid
- Ø When done, add chopped coriander leaves and squeeze half a lemon – mix well and serve hot
