cup Ripe papaya – washed, skinned, de-seeded and chopped into fine pieces

Yogurt
– ½ cup
Milk
– 1 cup
Sugar
/ honey
Ice
cubes

Add all the ingredients in a blender and make smooth milkshake or keep it thick
if you want a smoothie (just depends on the proportion of milk and yogurt)
