Kaddhu
(Bottle gourd) – chopped into small pieces

Peanut – coarsely ground powder

chili-garlic paste
Turmeric
powder, Chili powder, Salt and pinch of Sugar
Oil,
Mustard seeds, Hing, Dry Red Chili

Coriander leaves – 3 tbsp

curd (optional)
Instructions:
- · Take the chopped Kaddhu in a microwave safe bowl with half cup of water – cook with lid in High for 5 mins
- · Heat oil in a vessel, add mustard seeds, when splitters add hing, curry leaves, Red chilies
- · Now add chopped onion and Green chili-garlic paste – sauté
- · Add turmeric powder, chili powder, Salt and Sugar
- · Add cooked Kaddhu to the vessel, mix and let it cook for few mins
- · Now add Peanut powder in it and mix – let it boil for few mins
- · Add chopped coriander leaves – serve with roti (or) Add Fresh Curd/Yogurt to it and serve with steamed Rice – tastes awesome
