Vaal Phalli ki sabji

Ingredients:

Val Phalli (Broad beans) – 1 inch pieces
Val phalli seeds
Tomato - chopped
Onion-Green Chili-Garlic paste – without water
Groundnut powder
Oil and Mustard seeds
Salt, Turmeric powder, Chili powder, Coriander powder and Kala masala

Steps:

Ø  Heat oil in a kadai, add mustard seeds, when it splitters add Onion-Green Chili-Garlic paste
Ø  Fry it for some time and add chopped tomatoes
Ø  When they are cooked add all the masalas - Turmeric powder, Chili powder, Coriander powder, Kala masala and salt
Ø  Mix well and add the Val Phalli and its seeds – stir fry till its mixed well with masalas and later cook covered till the beans are done
Ø  Now add the Groundnut powder – mix well and cover it for few mins

Ø  Later turn off the burner and serve it hot with roti/paratha
