Masala Dum Aloo

Ingredients:

Baby Potatoes
Onion
Onion-Ginger-Garlic-Green chili paste without water
Coriander leaves
Oil
Mustard seeds
Salt, Turmeric powder, Chili powder, Coriander powder and Garam masala

Steps:

*      Boil the potatoes, peel the skin and keep them aside
*      Heat oil in the kadai, add mustard seeds, when it splitters add Onion-Ginger-Garlic-Green chili paste without water
*      When they are fried add Turmeric powder, Chili powder, Coriander powder and Salt
*      Mix well and add the boiled and peeled potatoes – stir fry till the masalas get blended well with the potatoes
*      Cover the kadai with water on the lid and let it cook in medium flame
*      When the water is hot and when you think the potatoes have been fried well add the same water, Garam masala and chopped coriander leaves

*      Let it boil for few minutes and its ready to be served
