Steps:
Boil the potatoes, peel the skin and keep them aside
Heat oil in the kadai, add mustard seeds, when it splitters add
Onion-Ginger-Garlic-Green chili paste without water
When they are fried add Turmeric powder, Chili powder,
Coriander powder and Salt
Mix well and add the boiled and peeled potatoes – stir fry
till the masalas get blended well with the potatoes
Cover the kadai with water on the lid and let it cook in
medium flame
When the water is hot and when you think the potatoes have
been fried well add the same water, Garam masala and chopped coriander leaves
Let it boil for few minutes and its ready to be served
