Sheekh Kebab

Ingredients:





250 gms Minced Mutton/Kheema
100 gms Soaked Channa dal
1 Onion – chopped
2 Green Chilies – chopped
1 inch piece of Ginger
4 Garlic flakes
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp thick curd
Salt, Chili powder, Pepper powder and Garam Masala

Steps:
ü  Take soaked channa dal in a microwave safe bowl with little water in it and cook in High for 5 mins with lid on – keep aside
ü  Take washed kheema (mutton mince) in another bowl with little water and cook in High for 5 mins with lid on
ü  Add the cooked Channa dal, mince and all other ingredients in a blender jar – blend well without even a single drop of water
ü  With oil in the palm, shape the kebabs as you want it. I made round pattis of them as I dint have skewers
ü  Grill it in microwave oven for 20 mins by brushing oil on both sides after first 10 mins
ü  Serve with Salads for Starters with green chutney (or) make Burgers out of them

ü  Can even store it in the freezer and use later
