Mutton Kheema Fry

Ingredients:


Mutton Kheema/ Mince – 250 gm (steamed and ground)
3 big Onions – chopped
Curry leaves
Ginger-garlic paste
Tomatoes 2
Dry methi leaves  (wash and keep it aside for 5 mins)
Turmeric powder, Chili powder, Kitchen King / mutton masala, Salt

Instructions:

  • -          First of all wash and place the Kheema in a microwave safe bowl with half cup of water covered with lid and steam it for 5 mins in High. Let it cool and then coarse grind it just for few seconds in mixer
  • -          Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, chopped onions, curry leaves – toss for a while
  • -          Add ginger-garlic paste, sauté for few mins and then add chopped tomatoes
  • -          When they are mushy add Methi leaves, Turmeric powder, Chili powder, Kitchen King / mutton masala and  Salt
  • -          Saute and once the masalas are well mixed add the steamed-ground Kheema, mix well
  • -          Adjust the masala and salt, add little water if needed and let it cook
  • -          When done add chopped coriander leaves and sprinkle lime juice to serve hot with butter toasted pav. Yummy :-0
