Adai Dosai


Ingredients:

Boiled Rice – 2 cups
Toor dal – 1 cup
Channa dal – ¾ cup
Moong dal and Urad dal – a fistful
(Soak the rice and all dal mix separately for 4 hours)
Chopped onions
Chopped coriander leaves
Grated Carrots, Moringa leaves (optional)
Make Paste of Curry leaves, red chilies, Pinch of saunf and cumin seeds
Grated fresh coconut

Steps:

  • §  Make fine paste of Soaked rice – add it to a mixing bowl
  • §  Make coarse paste of the dal mixture – add it to the same bowl with the ground paste, salt and chili powder – mix well
  • §  Just before you prepare the dosa, add chopped onion, coriander leaves and adjust salt
