Kadai Paneer 1

Ingredients:

Defrosted and shallow fried Paneer / cottage Cheese
Chopped Onion
Tomato
Chopped Capsicum
Ginger-garlic paste
Red chillies
Cashew nuts – to make paste
Coriander powder, chili powder, aamchoor powder, garam masala, turmeric powder and salt
Chopped coriander leaves
Cream (optional)

Steps:
ü  Make paste of Tomato, coriander powder and Red Chilies
ü  Heat oil, add mustard seeds, onion, ginger-garlic paste and capsicum.
ü  When the raw smell subsides add the paste – sauté
ü  Add all the masala powders and salt now – mix well and add fried Paneer – sauté in high flame
ü  After 2 mins simmer the flame and add cashew paste to it or cream to bring in the consistency
ü  Stir for 2 mins and turn off the flame

ü  Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and cream. Serve hot with Paranthas
