Spinach White-sauce Macaroni

Ingredients:

Macaroni – boiled, drained and kept aside
Spinach – blanched
Garlic pods
Green Chilies - 2
**** Make puree of Blanced spinach, garlic and green chilies. Keep aside

For white Sauce:
Butter / Margarine
Corn flour / maida
Milk
Grated cheese
Salt and Black pepper powder

Preparation:
First lets prepare white sauce. Heat butter in a sauce pan(medium flame), when it melts add 1 or 2 tbsp corn flour / maida – stir well
When it gets thick add milk according to your choice of consistency – mix well and later add the grated cheese
Keep stirring until the cheese melts completely
Add salt and black pepper powder and wait till it reaches the required consistency
Add the spinach puree to this white sauce and let it boil
Add boiled macaroni, cook for few mins by continuously stirring it


Serve steaming creamy hot ! Yummy green delicacy is ready !!
