Ingredients:
Matki
(sprouts available in market)
Chopped
Onion
Chopped
Tomato
Green
Chilies
Ginger-garlic
paste
Turmeric
powder, Coriander powder, Chili powder, Salt and Garam masala
Tamarind
– lime size
Jaggery
– 1 tbsp (scraped)
Chopped
Coriander leaves
Preparation:
Heat
oil in a kadai, ad mustard and when they crackle add chopped onion and green chilies
Add
Ginger-garlic paste and sauté
Now
add chopped tomatoes and once its cooked well add Turmeric powder, Coriander
powder, Chili powder, Salt and Garam masala – sauté well
Add
Sprouts, tamarind and let it cook for 10-15 mins with little water
Once
cooked add scraped jaggery, mix well and let it boil for few mins
Later
turn off the burner, garnish with chopped coriander leaves and Serve as side
dish for Poha, Roti or Rice
