Cucumber-peanut Salad


Ingredients:

Cucumber – cut into small cubes
Coarsely grounded peanuts/groundnuts
Deseeded and Chopped green chilies / chili powder
Chopped Coriander leaves
Salt
Chili powder

*** Mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl.
***Prepare tadka. Heat oil add mustard, cumin seeds and when it crackles add chili powder and turn off the burner immediately.

***Add that hot tadka on the salad, mix well and serve

** I saute few palak leaves (spinach ) and mixed with it.
