Soya chunks gravy


Ingredients:
Soya nuggets / mini chunks
Sambar masala / Coriander powder + Garam masala
Chopped coriander leaves

Soya preparation:
-          In boiling water add soya chunks till it foams up. After few mins in boiling water, filter the soya, put it in cold water twice. Later squeeze out the water and keep the cooked soya nuggets aside.

For Masala:
Onion, Ginger-garlic paste, Tomato, Curry leaves, Spices (cloves, cinnamon, pepper), Green chilies, Pepper powder, chili powder and Coconut grating(1 tbspn).
·         Heat oil, add the spices, then onion, curry leaves, ginger-garlic paste, sauté well.
·         Once the ginger-garlic smell vanishes add chopped tomato, pepper powder/ chili powder. Cook till its mushy.
·         Put it in a mixer grinder and make masala paste

Steps:
·         Heat the pan, add oil and then the masala paste.
·         Keep stirring till the oil oozes out
·         Add salt, turmeric powder, sambar powder, mix well and then add cooked soya nuggets.
·         Stir well, add water and let it boil for few minutes

·         Add chopped coriander leaves and serve
