Paneer Potato Cutlet

Ingredients:

Mashed boiled potatoes
Crumbled Paneer
Grated or boiled Carrot
Chopped Coriander leaves
Spring onions
Salt, Chili powder, Chat Masala, Garam Masala and little Cumin Powder
Bread crumbs
Corn flour or rice flour for dusting (optional)

Steps:

-          Add all the above ingredients except for the last in a bowl and mix well
-          Make round shaped pieces out of the batter
-          Dust it with corn flour but only if needed. Its not necessary mostly but I had to use since my batter was moist than required consistency to make cutlets.
-          Heat tawa, place the cutlet pieces on it and add oil around all the pieces. Cook both sides in medium flame till they become slightly brown and crispy

-          Serve hot with chopped cabbage, spring onions and Tomato sauce or Green chutney
