Ingredients:
Mutton - 1/2 kg

Green chilies

Dry coconut / Kopra
Ginger, Garlic
Spices like Cloves, Cardamom, etc
Kolhapuri masala
Chili powder, Salt, Haldi
Steps:

Steps:
- Wash the mutton well, drain the water and keep aside
- Roast chopped onion along with the spices, ginger, garlic and make a paste of it
- Also make paste of tomatoes, green chilies and curry leaves
- Powder the pieces of dry coconut
- Heat oil in a cooker, add mustard seeds and when it splitters add the onion paste - saute well
- Add Chili powder, Salt, Haldi and Kolhapuri masala - mix well
- Add tomato paste as well - saute for few mins and then add the mutton pieces
- Let it cook well till the masalas blend well with the mutton pieces and oil leaves at the sides
- Now add dry coconut powder, mix, add enough water and cover the lid of the cooker
- Let it cook in medium flame for 3 whistles
- Once the pressure is completely out, turn on the burner again and bring the gravy to boil again
- Adjust masalas as per taste and serve hot with lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves
