Ingredients:
Maida – 1 cup
Banana Puree - 3 bananas
Butter / Oil – 1 cup
Eggs – 3
Salt – ¼ teaspoon
Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
Vanilla Essence – 1 teaspoon
Dry Fruits - Badam, Kaju, Kismis, Pista
Tooti-frooti
Steps:
- Add the wet ingredients first to mix it. I added the eggs, powdered sugar, vanilla essence, butter / oil into a food processor with kneader and ran it till its fluffly mixed
- Take a mixing bowl, add maida, baking powder, salt – mix well
- Add it to the food processor and run for few minutes till the cake batter is formed with no lumps at all.
- Prepare the baking tray – grease it with butter / oil and dust it with maida. Remove any excess maida.
- Add the cake batter to the baking tray. Always fill only half the tray.
- Add the broken dry fruits on top and once done use a spatula to poke them so that they go inside the cake batter and spread evenly.
- Later add the tooti-frooti pieces on top of the cake batter
- Pre heat the OTG to 170 degrees both top and bottom for ten minutes
- Keep the baking tray inside the OTG and maintain 170 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes
- Once done remove the tray and let it cool down
- Once cool remove it from the tray and refrigerate it
