Beetroot Paratha


Ingredients:
Beetroot – 2 to 3 peeled and grated
Wheat flour / atta
Coriander leaves – chopped
Ajwain – 1 tspn
Turmeric powder, Chili powder, Coriander powder, Garam masala, Chat masala (1 tablespoon), Salt

Steps:
·                 I did all the grating, mixing and making of dough in the food processor
·         I first grated beetroots in the food processor, later added all the ingredients to it and made dry dough of it
·                After removing it out of food processor added oil and knead for few mins using hands
·         Let it rest for while and then prepare small golas, dust it with the atta, roll it and make parathas using oil on both sides

    Serve hot with thick homemade curd…. Tastes awesome…
