Lemon rice

Ingredients:

Lemon - 2 or 3 (squeeze out the juice)
Red chilies / Green chilies
Curry leaves
Garlic - 3 cloves
Channa dal - 1 tablespoon
Urad dal - 1 teaspoon
Roasted Peanuts - handful
Mustard and Cumin seeds
Turmeric powder, Salt, Chili powder, roasted Methi seeds powder, Hing and Coriander powder

Steps:

1. Heat kadai, add oil and once its hot add mustard and cumin seeds
2. When it splitters add channa dal, urad dal and peanuts
3. As they turn little brownish add the chopped garlic, curry leaves and red chilies/green chilies
4. Add all the powder and salt
5. Mix well and now add the lemon juice
6. Keep stirring as it boils and turn it off in 2 to 3 mins

Mix the already steamed rice to it and serve hot.
