Finger Chips

Ingredients:
Potatoes - 4 (big sized and cut into finger length peices)
Water to boil
Salt
Oil to fry
Optional - chili powder, chat masala, pepper powder or amchoor powder to seasoning

Steps:
1. Add the finger length chopped potatoes in boiling water along with salt - cook for 5 mins
2. Drain hot water and wash it with cold water, drain again and keep it aside
3. Now heat oil in a deep frying pan or kadai
4. Add the potato fingers and fry it till reaches the crispiness of your choice

Eat it with tomato sauce or simply season it with your choice of seasoning and chili powder.
