Carrot Dosa

Ingredients:
Carrot - 1 grated
Cabbage - chopped into small pieces
Onion - chopped into small pieces
Idly powder
Salt
oil

Steps:

  • Heat oil in a kadai saute the grated carrot, cabbage and onion
  • Add salt to it and half cook  veggies. Keep it aside
  • Now make dosa and add the carrot mixture on it along with idly powder
  • Cook on both sides so that the veggies are cooked well and serve with sambar and chutney
