Carrot - 1 grated

Steps:
- Heat oil in a kadai saute the grated carrot, cabbage and onion
- Add salt to it and half cook veggies. Keep it aside
- Now make dosa and add the carrot mixture on it along with idly powder
- Cook on both sides so that the veggies are cooked well and serve with sambar and chutney
