Gawar with besan pakode

Ingredients:
- Gawar / cluster beans (1/4 kg, cut into 1 inch pieces)
- Besan
- Onion (1/2, finely chopped)
- Ginger garlic paste
- Turmeric powder, Chili powder, Coriander powder and salt
- Garam masala
- Ground nut powder (freshly ground)
- Kasuri Methi
- Mustard seeds

Steps:
* Mix the Besan with Ginger garlic paste, Turmeric powder, Chili powder, Coriander powder and salt.
* Make small round shapes and fry it in oil to make the pakoda.
* Boil water and add gawar to it to cook for a while.
* In a kadai heat oil, add mustard seeds and when it splitters add onion, kasuri methi and ginger garlic paste
* Saute well and then add groundnut powder to it and saute well again.
* Add the fried pakodas and all masalas - Turmeric powder, Chili powder, Coriander powder and salt.
* Also add garam masala and boiled gawar
* Saute well and let it cook well in oil only for few mins
* Later add hot water to it and it cook well

Garnish with chopped corianeder leaves.
