Dal with Cabbage


- Pressure cook Toor dal with chopped cabbage, garlic cloves, turmeric powder and tomatoes
- Heat oil in a kadai, add mustard, cumin seeds, red chillies, curry leaves and hing.
- Also add coriander powder, chili powder and cumin powder to the tadka and add the cooked dal ingredients to the kadai
- Bring it to boil and then turn it off.
- Garnish with Coriander leaves.
