Add Garlic to your food

Add atleast a garlic clove to each of your meal....... to reduce cholesterol level in the body.

*It also reduces chances of coronary artery diseases (stoke), infections and cancers.
*Garlic also reduces blood pressure and does anti-bacterial, anti-viral, and anti-fungal activities.


*****Do not fry it but boil garlic along with dal or in any other way to protect its nutritional value.*******
